Hiccups
I loved every minute of my work on CTV’s “Hiccups”. 26 episodes with a great team of people including the incredibly talented tandem of Nancy Robertson and Brent Butt.

Here is the opening sequence of Episode 1.
“Not A Lot Goin On” was created for Corner Gas.
Here you hear “My Happy Place” on the DVD menu page
This is the Odds appearance on Corner Gas Season 6 playing an “Archified” version of “My Happy Place”.
Heather Weather is murdered in Kids in the Hall’s “Death Comes to Town”. A fun and abstract murder that Jim and I had a good time scoring.
Bruce McCulloch gets down to some “Big City Funk” in “Death Comes to Town”. The band is Odds and the sax is payed by Steve Hilliam.
Mark goes on a Gleemonex trip in “Brain Candy”. It was fun to create the “Tomorrow Never Knows” flavour for Don’s theme.
A favourite musical cue from Kids in the Hall’s “Death Comes to Town”. Caper music.
I imagined a male choir of French Canadian settlers singing this but had to sing it myself. If you can decode the french it’s pretty surreal. Another nugget from “Kids in the Hall’s “Death Comes to Town”
Odds “Someone Who’s Cool” was used as the theme for NBC’s “Love Monkey starring Tom Cavanagh. It was a good show.
My theme for CTV’s “Hiccups”.
The Kids in the Hall’s “Brain Candy” was me being tossed in the musical deep end. Still proud of learning to swim thanks to my chums.
Brent Belke and I scored 22 short animated episodes for CCI Entertainment/Teletoon. Pretty fun.
