Go jump in a lake. Burlington Vermont was such a pretty little place on the shore of Lake Champlain. Lots of hackey sack jokes. College town. Bruce & I had a run to shake the cobwebs and I accelerated the process by jumping in the lake. That pretty much tore the cobwebs off and peeled me a new skin altogether.
